This role manages and coordinates program execution across the full scope integration capabilities and workstreams. The Program Manager drives day-to-day integration activities across product, technology, operations, and go-to-market workstreams—tracking milestones, surfacing risks and dependencies, and ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and executing. This position requires strong program management fundamentals and experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programs in matrixed organizations, with preferred exposure to product or technical integrations, or M&A-related programs. The role develops program roadmaps, workback schedules, maintains integration tracking tools and dashboards, facilitates working sessions, and delivers status reporting to the integration leadership team and stakeholders. Success is measured by the Program Manager's ability to coordinate execution across all integration projects and provide consistent, clear visibility into program health for senior leadership.This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain program roadmap, schedules, and integrated tracking across all integration capabilities and workstreams; monitor progress against milestones, surface risks and blockers, and provide regular status reporting to the integration leadership team.
Coordinate day-to-day execution across product, technology, operations, and go-to-market integration workstreams; Manages contracts and vendors. Acts as a liaison between Management and vendor/partners on contract development, execution and vendor management.
Support integration governance and stakeholder reporting—including preparation of steering committee materials, RAID log maintenance, decision logs, and program dashboards for leadership and partner audiences.
Identify and track cross-workstream dependencies and risks; escalate issues with urgency and partner with workstream leads to develop and monitor mitigation plans.
Identify process improvement opportunities and bring recommendations and best practices from integration workstreams to improve program execution, tooling, and operational consistency.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support evolving business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field
2+ years of experience in organizational programs or project management, ideally within complex, multi-workstream programs or integrations involving product and/or technology teams.
2+ years of experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional integration programs, M&A workstreams, or joint venture initiatives; experience working alongside product and engineering teams preferred.
Ability to track and coordinate multiple integration workstreams simultaneously, maintain program plans, and deliver clear status reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize program status for both working-team and executive audiences.
