Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Automotive & Indirect team. As a key member, you will manage complex business development, delivery, and R&D programs for both automotive and indirect partners. Additionally, you will play a critical role in tracking and overseeing delivery across Eurowag’s entire product ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination from ideation with stakeholders to continuous development post-release. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, drive alignment, and maintain high standards of delivery across all product phases.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate all Automotive & Indirect projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from initial concept to release and continuous development thereafter.

· Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, ensuring all product phases (from ideation, design, development, to post-release iterations) are executed efficiently across teams.

· Act as the central point for tracking product development phases, ensuring smooth transitions between ideation, stakeholder input, development sprints, and post-launch improvements.

· Track and report on delivery progress across Eurowag’s entire product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

· Manage risks and mitigation procedures, ensuring product releases meet quality, time, and budget constraints.

· Provide visibility of the program's status across business units and with customers and partners, keeping all stakeholders informed.

· Support business development teams by participating in customer and partner interactions, helping define technical and product requirements.

· Assist with tenders, procurement, bids, and contracting, including SLA definition, while ensuring product and technical perspectives are integrated.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-release, ensuring ongoing development and optimization of released products based on customer feedback and market needs.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role, with the ability to track and manage complex product delivery across multiple stages.

· Expertise in managing full product development lifecycles, from ideation with stakeholders to continuous development and post-launch optimization.

· Strong leadership and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, set clear goals, and meet deadlines.

· Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

· Proficiency in project and delivery management tools and experience tracking product development phases in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery outcomes.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and knowledge of automotive industry standards (beneficial, but not mandatory).

· Fluent English (spoken and written).

Additional Information

Salary: Min 3800 EUR / gross monthly + additional remuneration. Final Salary depends on level of seniority.
