The Role

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to drive our analytics, forecasting, and pricing initiatives within the Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with both internal and external customers on complex initiatives, driving awareness and improvement in pricing and forecasting KPI's, and collaborating with customers on new feature initiatives as they go from ideation to beta to delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership:
    • Oversee the end-to-end success of new and existing rate recommendation and forecasting feature rollouts utilizing ML and AI-based models
    • Define and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Key focus on risk management.
    • Drive high customer satisfaction and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Direct data analysts to ensure strong awareness and tracking of successful delivery
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on analytics, forecasting, and pricing initiatives.
    • Present findings, recommendations, and program updates to senior leadership.
    • Develop clear documentation and communication of complex analytic functionality, including transient demand forecasting, demand responses to rate changes, and other issues in forecasting and rate recommendations 
    • Build trust through strong relationships, across teams and different levels of the organization
  • Customer Collaboration:
    • Demonstrate new and existing pricing and forecasting functionality to audiences of varying level of sophistication.
    • Develop clear communication and documentation for analytic features
    • Engage customers to refine feature and enhancement requests
    • Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with key customers
    • Drive rollout of customer-facing pricing and forecasting enhancement in partnership with Product Marketing and Customer Success
    • Manage high-visibility beta and pilot engagements on new innovations with select customers.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and program health of analytics and pricing strategies.
    • Ensure awareness of current pricing and forecasting performance overall and with select customers. Drive tracking tools, dashboard, and report development with Product Analytics to track program performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of pricing and forecasting decisions and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Consulting experience and/or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and tracking business performance
  • Customer engagement: Proven experience in leading beta and production programs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) with strong business judgment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with pricing and forecasting domains
  • Experience communicating complex technology
