Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$79,648 - $107,760
Experience in program development rewarded
Research, create and implement programs for Alliances through collaboration with internal and external partners.
You’ll use market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities, launch products and review program performance.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement and support new and existing Alliance programs
- Ensure profitability and strategic positioning of programs
- Use a product management approach to develop product policies and processes
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to market programs and products, including change management, product training, promotion and advertising

- Confident communicator with strong analytical skills

- Relationship builder comfortable with proactively reaching out to internal and external partners
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in agricultural finance, business or marketing and at least four years of related experience with increasing responsibility (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
