We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with expertise in IT Systems, Data Forensics, and Data Science/AI to spearhead our system simplification and AI strategy initiatives. This role will focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to simplify complex systems, improve operational efficiency, drive automation, and create measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategist who can bridge technical execution with business vision, leading teams to deliver scalable, ethical, and high-value AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Data Strategy
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML, automation, and data science across the organization to optimize processes, simplify systems, and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with executives and directors to align AI roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions, tools, and strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption and impact.
System Simplification & Risk Management
- Quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of company systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify system architecture, reducing complexity and improving resilience.
- Assess and mitigate risks within current IT and data system setups, ensuring scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Design and deploy AI/ML frameworks for complex challenges such as predictive analytics in logistics, fraud detection in IT systems, or ethical AI frameworks in telecom/consumer tech.
- Oversee end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement bias mitigation, scalability, and transparency measures in all AI initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and system analysts to drive innovation.
- Champion AI adoption through workshops, proof-of-concepts, and cross-functional enablement programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate AI insights into actionable business strategies.
Innovation & Ethical AI
- Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends (e.g., LLMs, generative AI, edge computing) and assess their applicability to company operations.
- Build and enforce ethical AI practices, prioritizing transparency, data privacy, and societal impact.
Performance Measurement
- Define, track, and report on key metrics such as cost savings, accuracy improvements, and process efficiencies to demonstrate ROI.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance outcomes to secure resources and scale successful initiatives.

Skills:
- Must be an organized, detail oriented and self-motivated individual
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to code, use Python and be able to create models
- Have the ability to work both independently and as part of team.
- Flexibility to travel is required.
Experience:
- B.S. Degree in Systems Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering or related discipline is required.
- 3-5 years Program Optimization experience
- Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Project), report preparation and data analysis.
- Previous experience with quality systems a plus.
- Experience in the telecommunications or cable industries is preferred.
