Lead warehouse employees through training, performance feedback, and employee-relations support while using WMS and reporting tools to drive data-based decisions.

Supervises warehouse production operations, assigns work, manages staffing and inventory flow, monitors quality and KPIs, resolves shift issues, and supports continuous improvement. The role includes employee coaching, shift handoffs, customer and management communication, labor planning, P&L forecasting, performance reporting, and enforcement of safety and company standards in a warehouse environment.

Leads quality management and operational excellence across processes, branches, programs, and customers. Establishes performance baselines, monitors KPIs, conducts root-cause investigations, drives corrective and preventive actions, maintains quality management systems, and implements process improvements. Coordinates Operations, IT, Quality, Billing, program management, and customer resources while leading meetings, reporting performance, resolving customer issues, and presenting improvement plans. Travel is required up to 30%.
