Job Summary
The Actuarial Transformation (AT) Program Manager is responsible for defining, planning, and executing initiatives that fall within the scope of the AT Program, managing projects, and facilitating delivery team operations. You are responsible for establishing and managing program and project meetings and communications, identifying and executing improvement opportunities, advising program and business leadership, developing and tracking program timelines and metrics, and coordinating across disparate teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Program planning and execution: Use a variety of tools and techniques to develop long term roadmaps and nearer term execution plans coordinated across teams.
Information synthesis: Gather information from across the organization and turn complex topics into actionable work for delivery teams.
Stakeholder management: Expertly translate detailed plans and daily work into communication material suitable for executive audiences.
Risk and issue management: Gain detailed understanding of the program and delivery teams’ work so that you can anticipate and manage risks and issues.
Staff oversight: Collaborate with team leaders and people managers to ensure team staff are well-aligned to the work.
Adaptable: Be comfortable with performing project manager, product owner, and/or scrum master functions as needed to support delivery team operations.
Budget management: Develop and maintain program budget.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education: HS diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of project and program management experience demonstrating successful management of large, complex scopes of work.
Prior experience in the financial services industry and actuarial function is beneficial.
Ability to adapt, be flexible, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Expert in establishing strong relationships with leadership and fostering collaboration throughout the organization leveraging influence over authority. Excellent team player, able to work with virtual cross-functional teams.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$133,750.00 - $227,250.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
