The Program Manager in this role will develop and manage various compliance programs with the Senior Director of Quality.
A caregiver in this position works days, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Flexible hours could be 7:30am to 4:30pm or 7:00am to 4:00pm. No weekend or holiday requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Ensure Cleveland Clinic compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including those of: The Joint Commission (TJC), Florida Agency of Healthcare Administration (ACHA) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
- Act as the primary resource for staff to facilitate overall operations of programs.
- Act as a consultant to departments/institutes for all aspects of TJC and other regulatory agencies.
- Educate and disseminate accurate information to clinical and nonclinical departments pertaining to certifications and standard interpretations.
- Participate in preparation and support of onsite survey activities.
- Collaborate with all departments within the Quality and Patient Safety Institute to ensure safe high-quality care.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field
- Five years of experience in healthcare, direct experience leading efforts to prepare for a Joint Commission survey
- Working knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master’s degree
- Clinical background but will consider other experience in the healthcare setting

Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds.
- Requires extended periods of standing, walking and sitting.
- Normal or corrected vision and hearing.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
