DNI Emerging Technologies is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support the Army Systems Engineering and Program Management Services (Army SEPM).
The Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications Tactical (PEO C3N) is responsible for all facets of developing, fielding and sustaining Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Systems, and for the acquisition, development, and integration of secure tactical communications for the digitized battlefield.

Requirements
The Program Manager manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure that all are performing appropriately. Reviews program CDRL (contract data requirements list) documents for consistency of schedules, compliance, and financial document requirements such as spending projections and invoicing; coordinates with PEO C3N PMs on contractor personnel; participates in Integrated Product Teams (IPT's) on behalf of contractor; evaluates and balances anticipated budget expectations; and works closely with COR on program issues; provides support preparing briefing packages or presentations to high level leadership.
Requirements:
- The Program Manager shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, or related systems analysis.
- The Program Manager shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Position will require some travel to other work locations
- Facilitates clear, consistent communication across multiple government customer groups, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
