About the Position:
The Program Manager supports the FORCECOM Logistics contract. and is responsible for oversees logistics support services for U.S. Coast Guard training facilities, requiring strong program management, coordination, and government contract experience. This position is contingent upon award.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Program management for logistics support services including transportation, property, warehouse, lodging, and armory support.
• Organize daily activities per contract and government goals
• Ensure budget, schedule, staffing, and deliverables meet requirements
• Interview/hire staff, evaluate performance, and maintain staffing levels
• Monitor projects and oversee project managers
• Serve as primary point of contact with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Requirements
• A four (4) year Business degree, a combination eight (8) years working experience within the related field of which, three (3) years' experience must be in a management or supervisory role.
• Applicants with a non-related four (4) year degree must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Resume should clearly reflect the individuals' experience in Program Management, facilitation, program management toolset implementation, and organization transformational efforts.
• Previous experience in the Coast Guard highly desirable.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent related experience (combination totaling eight years) with at least three years in a management or supervisory role
