Program Manager
Position Overview
To successfully manage programs to profitability from early design or manufacturing stages to end of life stages by coordinating team activities and deliverables.
Basic Background Requirements:
- Successfully Interview with relevant hiring team
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Key Performance Objectives
Short Term: (0 to 6 months)
Serve as the point of contact for customer issues that may arise.
Lead a cross-functional Customer Focus Team to successfully attain positive customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Drive program launches using Project Management skills, including timelines using Microsoft Project and following a disciplined NPI process.
Midterm: (6 to 18 months)
Conduct internal and external business reviews to communicate the state of the business to all stakeholders
Longer Term: (>18 months)
Continue to grow in the position by picking up new customer wins.
