Job Description:
The Program Management Specialist, Product Marketing & GTM Operations, is responsible for driving operational excellence across product marketing initiatives, product launches, and go-to-market (GTM) programs. This role serves as a central coordinator across Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Enablement, Communications, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of launch activities and strategic marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing complex, cross-functional programs. They bring strong project and program management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering successful product launches and GTM outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launch Program Management- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of product launch programs from concept through post-launch analysis.
- Develop and maintain integrated launch plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness assessments.
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers and Product Management teams to ensure launch deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Facilitate launch readiness reviews and drive alignment across all launch stakeholders.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful launch execution.
- Support the operational framework for go-to-market planning and execution across product portfolios.
- Coordinate cross-functional GTM activities spanning marketing, sales, enablement, customer success, support, and communications.
- Manage GTM calendars, launch schedules, planning processes, and governance mechanisms.
- Establish repeatable launch and GTM processes, templates, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, marketing priorities, and revenue objectives.
- Drive strategic Product Marketing initiatives and operational projects.
- Facilitate collaboration across Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Lead recurring program reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop executive-ready updates and dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Support annual planning, business reviews, and organizational priority-setting activities.

- 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, product marketing operations, business operations, or related functions.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs.
