Bezcenne Chwile is the largest banking loyalty program in Poland, designed to deliver tangible value to both customers and financial institutions.
The program is:• Integrated with multiple banks• Used by a large and diverse base of Mastercard cardholders• Built in cooperation with a broad network of partner merchants• Designed to directly support banks' growth, usage, and engagement KPIs by combining everyday payments with appealing rewards and offers, Bezcenne Chwile helps banks and fintechs strengthen customer relationships and differentiate their products in the market.
About the Team:
You will join the Program Management team, responsible for shaping how customers experience the program and how partners use it to achieve their business goals.
The team works closely with banks, fintechs, merchants, and internal Mastercard teams to continuously improve customer engagement, program attractiveness, and overall value.
The Role:
We are looking for a Program Management Specialist to support customer engagement initiatives within the Bezcenne Chwile program.
This role is well suited for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, communicating with different stakeholders and contributing ideas that improve customer loyalty and engagement.
You will:• Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and interest in the program• Contribute to the development of the program offer, including the rewards catalog• Help generate ideas and take active ownership of their implementation and coordination, increasing program attractiveness, visibility, and usage• Collaborate with internal Mastercard teams (such as marketing and account management) and external agencies/business partners• Support clear and effective communication with issuers and stakeholders
We're looking for someone who:• is communicative and comfortable working with clients and business partners• has strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills• is organized, curious, and proactive• enjoys creative thinking around customer engagement• is interested in loyalty programs, customer experience and/or marketing
All about you-Required:• First professional experience in loyalty, marketing, client-facing roles, banks, fintechs, or merchant environments• Very good command of English
