  • Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams driving execution and overall program success.

  • Ensures problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution.

  • Monitors and controls the overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against the plan.

  • Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate MUST be pursuing a degree in Industrial, Electronic, System, Computer Engineering, or related technical field(s).

  • Have less than 5 final exams to graduate or less than one year to finish the career.

  • Good understanding of digital communications, digital, analog, industrial, software, and firmware technologies as well as chip design, manufacturing, testing, and qualification. Marvell will provide on-the-job training.

  • Strong focus on process-driven development and continuous improvement. Support Marvell’s Program Management Process.

  • Must be very thorough and detail-oriented

  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing
