Micron Taiwan Backend(MTB) is seeking for a dedicated and outstanding Program Management engineer to join our world-class Engineering team in Taiwan.
The engineering field is where professionals focusing on ensuring the overall site KPI management, project coordination and headcount efficiency and effectiveness of industrial processes. This includes production Post-fab Wafer Finish(PWF), Assembly/Test lines, Manufacturing and supporting functions. Aim to maintain excellent site KPI performance and limit indirect labor headcount resources during the production process with Back-end assembly and test flow knowledges.
In addition, you are also required to support leadership team in executing business-aligned strategies through effective resource arrangement.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Drive KPI and business process flow improvement initiatives to ensure seamless operations
2. Work in a multi-discipline team environment as well as special projects as required.
3. Drive business process flow improvement initiatives to ensure seamless operations.
4. Develop and maintain cooperative, team-oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, clients, and others in contact with on the job.
5. Build and maintain website/Tableau for enhanced information transparency and analysis.
