The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a talented individual to join our Mission and Engineering Support Line of Business as a Program Management Coordinator. In this role, the coordinator will support the PMO by overseeing daily business operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency with a focus on contract deliverables. The Program Management Coordinator oversees daily business activities, ensuring compliance, and efficiency focusing on contract deliverables, strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and process improvement. They bridge strategic goals with tactical execution, managing information flow, performance metrics, and stakeholder communication for successful contract delivery and organizational growth.

The coordinator will also perform other PMO duties as assigned to support program objectives and evolving operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the Red Rabbit Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Program Management Office.
  • Manage and draft the program deliverables to include monthly MSRs, Award Fee Self Assessments, Contractor Performance Self-Assessment, monthly customer syncs, and Subcontractor Partner Impact Cards.
  • Support coordination and management of Team CACI resources and develop the integrated schedules required for all DOs, ensuring that customer deliverables are provided on time.
  • Ensures the efficient utilization of instructors, developers, and designers for all FFP tasks, ensuring availability and assignment.
  • Assist in providing oversight and direction for the day-to-day PMO support of contract, subcontract, security, and staffing initiatives that drive program success.
  • Manage surge requirements and coordinate with Site Leads and staff to sustain readiness.
  • Communicate program updates and provide guidance on taskers from the PMO.
  • Engage partners to build positive relationships, develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver project objectives, and direct the work to be executed.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Active TS SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community and/or DoD
  • Demonstrated experience directly supporting senior leadership of an organization
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately.
  • Meticulous proofreading and editing skills with a high standard for grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
  • Articulate with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Above average skills in using Microsoft Office/365 tools, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desired:

  • Experience as an Intelligence Analyst preferably as a Cryptologic Language Analyst
  • Experience with the Maryland Security Agency and Maryland Procurement Office
  • PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$84,900 - $178,400
