Position Overview:

The Program Management Business Analyst within the Investment & Capital Markets Division PMO team plays a crucial role in supporting technology modernization and change initiatives. This position is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to assess requirements, analyze data, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions and project success.

As a Program Management Business Analyst, the candidate will be at the forefront of contributing to and transforming our operational framework. The candidate's analytical skills and strategic insights will help streamline processes and ensure the successful execution of projects. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field with Advanced Degrees preferred.
5-8+ years of proven experience in program management or business analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.

Understanding of capital markets processes and data (e.g., trade lifecycle, settlements, market data, financial instruments).

Experience in data migration projects is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity mortgage industry is a plus.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
