The Impact You Will Have
As Associate Director, Workplace Experience & Technology, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering DTCC’s workplace experience across a global footprint of approximately 6,000 employees.
You will lead the integration of:
- Workplace technology
- Space strategy
- Hospitality and food service
- Employee amenities
Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will partner across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Security, and business leadership to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.
You will also leverage workplace data and technology to:
- Inform decision-making
- Optimize space utilization
- Enhance employee engagement
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace experience, technology tools, and hospitality services
- Lead employee engagement initiatives (events, wellness programming, amenities)
- Develop and deliver employee communications (email, intranet, digital signage)
- Track customer satisfaction and workplace performance metrics
Workplace Technology & Data Management
- Lead implementation and management of workplace platforms (reservation systems, work orders, space tools, etc.)
- Maintain workplace data integrity (space, rooms, inventory)
- Analyze utilization and experience data to produce insights and reporting
- Partner with IT, Security, architects, and engineers on system integration
- Manage budgets related to workplace technology initiatives
Hospitality, Food Service & Amenities
- Oversee hospitality, food service, and workplace amenity programs
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery performance
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Workplace Services on KPIs and governance
- Lead service recovery, escalation management, and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment to employee experience strategy and sustainability goals
Project Management & Delivery
- Develop RFPs and scopes of work across workplace technology, design, construction, and hospitality services
- Partner with Procurement on vendor selection and onboarding
- Lead cross-functional project execution with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables through implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a complex corporate workplace environment
- Demonstrated experience across:
- Workplace technology
- Workplace experience / hospitality
- Vendor and program management
