Responsibility
- Support daily office operation.
- Managing Office suppliers.
- Generate report and organizing document.
- Issue PR to support Engineer and NPI PMO requirement.
- Issue MTS for NPI material transaction.
- Issue Work Order to support NPI build.
- Work with warehouse team to receive / issue material on time.
- Work with IQA team for inspection material to support production on time.
Qualification:
- Higher vocational degree or bachelor's degree.
- Experience in administrative tasks.
- Good communication skill.
- MS office is a must.
