Project Liaison - Part-Time Days

Looking for flexible, meaningful part-time work?

St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Program Liaison (8 hours/week) to support community health programs and grant-funded initiatives. This hybrid role is primarily work-from-home, with occasional meetings and events in the Troy/Albany area. Responsibilities include coordinating trainings and events, supporting communications and social media, assisting with community outreach, and providing project and administrative support. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and have strong communication and technology skills. Hourly position with a flexible schedule; benefits are not included. Experience in public health, communications, nonprofit, or program coordination is preferred.

Requirements

Education                               

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience    

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative, program coordination, project support, or community health experience required.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, trainings, events, or educational programs preferred.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and developing digital content required.
  • Experience writing, editing, and proofreading communications, marketing materials, newsletters, or media outreach content preferred.
  • Experience working with community organizations, government agencies, legislators, or public health initiatives preferred.
  • Experience supporting grant-funded programs and tracking deliverables a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional, positive, proactive, and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and special events

Pay Range: $19.20 - $25.58

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
