Job DescriptionWhat you will do
Lead the execution of Ayming's IT program portfolio (20+ active programs) ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of business and corporate solutions.
Your day-to-day
- Program Portfolio Management
· Coordinate and manage 20+ active IT programs in 2026 across business, corporate, and workspace solutions
· Build the global program planning and ensure consistency with business objectives, constrains and resources
· Prioritize programs based on business objectives and constraints
· Manage cross-program dependencies and risks
- Delivery Excellence
· Guarantee program delivery within deadlines, scope, budget, and expected quality
· Manage the team of Program Managers (~10 people)
· Coordinate specification, development, testing, migration, and deployment phases
· Define and maintain the global IT release plan
- Reporting & Governance
· Report to governance bodies (ExCom, SteerCo, Supervisory Committees)
· Produce program dashboards (progress, risks, budget)
· Facilitate program steering committees with business sponsors
· Escalate blockers and arbitrate with Program's sponsors when needed
Qualifications- 10+ years in multi-program management with proven track record
- IT and business acumen with dual technical/functional expertise
- Leadership skills · Portfolio prioritization expertise
- Hybrid Agile or Waterfall methodology
- Fluent in English
