What you’ll be doing

As a Program & Innovation Specialist, Legal Operations, you will be a key member of our Legal team, driving strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, technology adoption, process optimization, and specifically leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the internal workings of the legal team. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Technology Management & Tools – Manage and optimize the entire legal technology stack, including the CLM system and other tools (e.g., Notion), ensuring continuous updates, improvements, and efficient legal documentation management.

  • Process Optimization & AI-Driven Innovation – Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions, with a strong focus on actively identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI tools to automate tasks and enhance legal operational processes.

  • Performance Monitoring – Define, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for legal operations (e.g., request lead times) to measure the impact of initiatives and guide future decisions, potentially leveraging AI for enhanced analytics.

  • Strategic Project Coordination – Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with significant legal/regulatory components (e.g., Data Protection, Corporate, Contracting, Investments), ensuring alignment with priorities, adherence to deadlines, and supporting the legal team's OKR monitoring.

  • Operational Support & Registries – Maintain key internal registries (e.g., contractual exceptions, third-party trademark usage) and provide operational support in vendor management (onboarding, audits).

Who we’re looking for

We need a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you’re detail-oriented and ready to take ownership in a dynamic setting, you’ll fit right in! Does this sound like you?

  • Relevant background – You have solid experience (ideally 5+ years) in Legal Operations, Project/Program Management, or similar roles, preferably within dynamic tech, fintech, or start-up environments; a degree in Business, Management Engineering, IT, or Law (with a strong tech/ops inclination) is a plus.

  • Process-oriented & innovation mindset – You possess an analytical mindset, skilled in identifying inefficiencies and designing practical, innovative solutions, with a demonstrated interest and understanding of AI applications within legal operations.

  • Technological proficiency – You are familiar with Legal Tech tools, particularly CLM systems, and collaboration/project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Jira, Asana), and are comfortable implementing and managing new technologies, including evaluating and integrating AI-powered tools.

  • Project management – You are experienced in managing complex projects, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.

  • Analytical skills – You can define, collect, and interpret data and KPIs to measure process effectiveness and support decisions, potentially leveraging AI for enhanced analytics.
