Job Description
Working within global AFH Capabilities Team you will be accountable for:
- Expansion of a key growth pillar in AFH Distribution & Innovation
- Drive Distribution & Innovation through equipment platforms that accelerate growth, volume, and branding
- Build a global framework for brand expansion through equipment including program management, sourcing oversight, and delivery
- Champion winning equipment interface with customers, consumers, and brands
- Create & deploy toolkits to implement locally executed programs
- Build investment model and expected ROI to facilitate investment, tracking and evaluate in market.
- Share best practises globally to fuel continuous learning
- Align with Heads of Business Development in key markets to develop, coordinate, and implement key strategies
- Ability to work across markets with all levels of collaborators to build consensus and execution for key strategic priorities.

Experience Required
- Experience in driving strategic integrated product/brand/equipment initiatives
- Selling/marketing experience with large AFH customers preferably branded products using dispensers
- Commercial acumen to evaluate and expand programs across complex multi country campaigns
- Analytical approach to marketing, and selling complex branded product lines.
- Experience and skill set in consumer marketing, customer marketing, program management
- Strong communication skills to listen, understand and influence senior team members.
- Ability to build value based relationships across functions, levels, and markets
- Understanding of customer development, sales, and marketing.
