Leidos Defense Systems Sector has an immediate opening for a Lead Program Financial Analyst to support the Space Sensing portfolio in the Aerospace Business Area. As a key member of the program team, you will work directly with the program managers to help drive each of the program's financial goals and objectives; analyze, report, and help understand variances against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve exceptional program execution.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and presentation of financial forecasts, reports and analysis.
- Lead weekly, month, and quarterly EAC presentations/discussions with PM, DPM, and IPT leads.
- Lead preparation of weekly and month staffing presentations for the WFOV portfolio.
- Assist Program Managers and IPT leads quantify identified programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigating risk.
- Assist Program Managers and IPT leads explain variances against their latest EAC.
- Support lead PFA and F&BO Manager with financial forecasting, EACs; monthly CTTP estimates, quarterly forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Support Principal PFA and F&BO Manager with month-end closings and variance/trend analyses
- Support Principal PFA and F&BO Manager with cash management and inventory analysis as well as timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reduction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline and 4+ years of program finance related experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.
- Analytical, communication and presentations skills needed as well as being able to operate independently.
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Leidos financial systems and applications; such as: Cost Point, Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, LPAS, and Cost Point.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications; such as: Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Manufacturing experience and experience with international business arrangements preferred.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
