 ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Program Experience Partner serves as CollegeSpring's primary implementation leader for a portfolio of school districts and partner organizations, ensuring every partnership delivers an exceptional educator experience and measurable student outcomes. As the trusted advisor to district leaders, school administrators, counselors, and teachers, the Program Experience Partner leads implementation planning, professional learning, instructional coaching, and ongoing program support to ensure partners successfully integrate CollegeSpring's programs into their local context.

Beyond implementation, the Program Experience Partner serves as an ambassador for CollegeSpring, representing the organization in prospective partner meetings, product demonstrations, conferences, and other external engagements. By combining instructional expertise, relationship leadership, and data-informed decision making, this role helps strengthen existing partnerships, contributes to organizational growth, and continuously improves the quality and impact of CollegeSpring's programs.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Program Implementation & Partner Success: Lead the successful implementation of CollegeSpring's program across an assigned portfolio of partner districts and schools, ensuring high-quality execution, strong partner engagement, and consistent program fidelity.

  • Program Implementation: Lead the implementation of CollegeSpring's program across assigned partner organizations, developing implementation plans, coordinating program launches, and ensuring successful execution throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • Partner Experience: Cultivate trusted partnerships with partner leaders and educators, serving as the primary implementation advisor and delivering an exceptional partner experience that strengthens implementation, satisfaction, and long-term success.
  • Partner Retention & Growth: Drive implementation excellence by monitoring partner progress, proactively addressing risks, initiating partner retention conversations, identifying opportunities to expand impact, and coordinating cross-functional support to maximize partner success.

Program Delivery & Student Impact: Deliver high-quality training and implementation support that enables educators to successfully implement CollegeSpring's program and maximize student outcomes.

  • Training & Capacity Building: Design, deliver, and continuously strengthen professional learning, instructional coaching, and implementation support that builds educator capacity and promotes high-quality program delivery.
  • Instructional Excellence: Strengthen educator effectiveness through coaching, classroom observations, implementation data, student performance trends, and evidence-based instructional practices that increase program fidelity, student achievement, and Test Confidence.
  • Program Quality: Monitor implementation quality, educator engagement, partner feedback, and student outcomes to continuously improve training, instructional supports, and program delivery.

Strategic Growth & Organizational Improvement: Contribute to CollegeSpring's growth by representing the organization externally and collaborating internally to strengthen programs, partnerships, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Strategic Growth: Represent CollegeSpring as the instructional and implementation expert during prospective partner meetings, program demonstrations, conferences, and other external engagements that strengthen partnerships and advance CollegeSpring's mission.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across Partnerships, Product, Operations, Data & Insights, and Advancement to ensure a seamless partner experience while contributing implementation expertise that strengthens organizational priorities, programs, and decision making.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Leverage technology, artificial intelligence, implementation insights, and partner feedback to improve educator support, operational efficiency, program quality, and the long-term impact of CollegeSpring's programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills 

Required

  • Must reside in Connecticut with knowledge of the local educational landscape. 
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in K–12 education, instructional coaching, professional learning, program implementation, and/or related fields, including classroom teaching or counseling experience and experience supporting educators.
  • Commitment to leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging innovations to improve educator effectiveness, program quality, operational efficiency, and student outcomes.
  • Instructional expertise as a classroom teacher, counselor, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, or professional learning leader, with a strong understanding of effective pedagogy and educator capacity building.
  • Partner relationship management with demonstrated success building trusted relationships across school systems, including district leaders, principals, instructional leaders, counselors, and teachers to support successful program implementation and long-term partner success.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, including experience designing and delivering professional learning, leading virtual and in-person training, and translating data and implementation challenges into practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to use student, educator, and implementation data to drive instructional decisions, strengthen program quality, and improve student outcomes.
  • Strong project and implementation management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner engagements, balance competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep commitment to educational equity and a belief that all students can achieve at high levels, with an understanding of the critical role that educator coaching, professional learning, and formative assessment play in improving student outcomes.

Preferred 

  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing or supporting digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), or educational technology that enhances teaching and learning.
  • Experience with college and career readiness programs and high-stakes assessments such as the SAT, ACT, TSIA2, or ACCUPLACER.
  • Experience working in large urban school districts, education nonprofits, or edtech organizations supporting program implementation and educator success.

DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE 

  • This role is remote within the United States; travel up to 10% of the time may be required. 
  • Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods 
  • Must be able to lift/ carry/ transport educational or promotional materials and/or equipment weighing up to 50lbs. 
  • The hiring salary range for this position is $78,000 - $91,000, with final offer dependent on qualifications and internal equity. In addition to salary, total compensation includes a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible spending accounts, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, 32 paid days of office closures, 15 days PTO in your first year, 5 sick days, 2 paid days to volunteer in your community, inclusive paid family leave, and an annual work from home reimbursement.
