About KambriaKambria is an open innovation platform empowering people and organizations to co-own solutions for both technology and social impact innovations.
Originally designed for Deep Tech domains such as AI, Robotics, Blockchain, VR/AR, and IoT, Kambria now extends its framework through Kambria DAOs. In a nutshell, this is a model for the community to co-own innovations, where DAO members of an innovation solution will decide and contribute to the development and commercialization of it, and get revenue sharing when the solution is commercialized.
Through partnerships with government agencies, universities, and leading organizations, Kambria is building a sustainable open innovation ecosystem that redefines how communities collaborate, innovate, and share value.

Currently we are focusing on building 2 Model DAOs of Elderly Care and Capacity Exchange, and the DAO Experimentation Program - Cohort 2.

About the Core TeamCurrently the Core Team has 7 members (aged 21-26) working under the guidance and directions from the CEO.
As Program Executives, they rotate through various roles and responsibilities to drive the initiatives and activities of Kambria and its ecosystem. These include:
Product: Collaborating with the Dev Team on product development through production testing, providing feedback, and conducting experiments with real users.
Business growth: Executing go-to-market strategies for Model DAOs, and enrolling Partners for Kambria initiatives.
Community: Organizing DAO activities, expanding the Social Impact Innovation Alliance, and growing the Kambria community in Discord.
Customer success: Ensuring user satisfaction and retention, while converting trial users into paid customers.
Growth marketing: Managing outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and Facebook ads.
Content marketing: Creating engaging content for websites, social media, and various creative assets.
Back office: Assisting with logistics for activities across fields, supporting the CEO in company operations (including admin, HR, and team activities), and contributing to DAO governance (finance processing, statistics, etc.).
As you see, our Core Team is compact yet highly versatile. Our strengths lie in collaboration, a readiness to tackle diverse challenges, and a shared passion for making a positive social impact, enabling us to accomplish the jobs.
The new teammatesWe are seeking new team members in the position of Program Executive, with the following key attributes:
1-3 years of relevant experience, including experiences in Youth Organizations and Community Activities
Good business acumen, with the ability, or eagerness to learn, to communicate fluently in technical terms. Background in Business with experience in the Technology industry or Background in Technology with experience in Business roles.
Proficient communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
Good execution skills, capable of implementing activities and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail. Results-oriented, willing to go the extra mile to ensure projects are executed on time and of a high quality.
Professionalism and a high sense of responsibility. Time management and commitment, self-motivation and self-discipline are crucial for success in a hybrid working environment.
Growth mindset with critical thinking and self-learning abilities. Bringing good questions as well as fresh perspectives and approaches to enhance work efficiency.

Compensation: (Gross) Salary 13.000.000 - 19.000.000 VND including meal, petrol and phone allowances - Yearly adjustment
