Credence has an immediate opening for a Program Execution Manager at the senior level F-35 OZJ (FMO) Overview (AFLCMC/OZJ) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The AFLCMC Commander Directed Projects Office (AFLCMC/OZJ) executes AFLCMC/CC-directed projects to provide rapid, informed responses supporting decision making and requirements implementation. AFLCMC/OZJ consists of one or more multi-functional teams staffed to complete a specific task, project, or program. AFLCMC/OZJ is currently providing acquisition support to the F-35 and Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) programs, including the F-35A Fleet Management Office (FMO). 

The FMO provides and manages AFLCMC/USAF Principal support, conducts the Product Improvement Working Group (PIWG), the F-35A Readiness of Combat Capabilities Review (RoCCR), collects and validates F-35A fleet performance data and metrics, coordinates USAF F-35A POM inputs and funding priorities and executing USAF cost traceability, validation, and predictive cost modeling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing the full spectrum of day-to-day business operations, including executive calendar management, meeting scheduling, technical material preparation, management presentations, meeting minutes, agendas, briefing compilation, executive documentation, milestone planning, tracking, staff coordination, and decision documentation preparation.
  • Support staff leadership and office personnel by maintaining Microsoft Outlook calendars and leadership schedules within the Integration Office to ensure accuracy and facilitate office operations.
  • Assist with coordinating briefings, papers, and system-related inputs to ensure continuity and standardization across reports over time.
  • Consolidate information, generate charts, and facilitate staff meetings for senior program management using data from various tracking systems, including travel, accountability, calendars, top issues, suspense’s, and personnel actions.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics, organizational charts, and other specialized products; facilitate standardized automated forms and provide telephone coverage by answering calls and conveying messages for organizational staff.
  • Support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense task requirements using appropriate suspense tracking tools.
  • Assist the office and its members with training, preparation of staff summary sheets and packages, and consolidation of package information requiring staffing to SAF/AQ and senior staff organizations throughout the DAF and DoD, including VCSAF, CSAF, and SECAF.
  • Communicate effectively with outside agencies and support coordination across divisions, senior staff organizations, and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including video teleconferences and room set up, ensuring sufficient seating, name placards, and other meeting logistics.
  • Provide support for internal and external briefings and reports by using personal computers, operating systems, appropriate software applications, and SharePoint to produce slides, briefing charts, and other graphics.
  • Assist in improving internal management processes by proposing and/or implementing improvements to visual and computer-based communications used by the Integration Office to manage critical processes.
  • Consolidate information from functional areas and Division Chiefs to draft reports and briefings for internal and external decisions, brainstorming sessions, and status reporting.
  • Serve as a Travel Review Official by reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers in the DoD Defense Travel System for completeness before approval by the Approving Official.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with maintaining adequate levels of consumable items needed for presentations and graphics.
  • Coordinate all divisions’ top issues, activity reports, and briefings for Integration Office staff meetings.

Requirements

Education, Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must have at least an active or current top secret security clearance.
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD;
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD;
  • OR fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) years of which must be in the DoD.

Skills Required

  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree and minimum 10 years experience in the discipline, with at least 5 years in DoD
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years experience in the discipline, with at least 5 years in DoD
  • OR 15 years directly related experience with required certifications, with at least 8 years in DoD
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with SharePoint for document and briefing management
  • Experience using the DoD Defense Travel System (DTS) and acting as a Travel Review Official
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition/program management activities (scheduling, milestone tracking, briefings, reporting)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to coordinate with outside agencies and senior leadership
  • Experience managing and tracking suspense/task requirements and preparing staff summary packages
