Job Description

Advances the strategic vision, goals and objectives of the health system related to hospital program expansion and integration. Collaborates with Service Line leaders and Hospital executives to understand needs and support strategies and initiatives. Participates in program development, including ensuring clinical integration and collaboration, identifying and building an infrastructure, identifying resources, setting-up and operationalizing the program to ensure ease of patient navigation throughout the health system.


Job Responsibility


  • Expands and integrates new hospital programs; collaborates and works with the leadership to develop hospital programs in alignment with needs and strategic plan. 
  • Contributes to program development by working as key member of team to build an infrastructure, identify resources, set up and operationalize the program. 
  • Provides analytic and logistics support, as necessary, to further the goals of business development. 
  • Ensures access to program and ease of navigation through the health system. 
  • Identifies multiple access points to facilitate entry into the program. 
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and marketing of programs to patients in the communities. 
  • Collaborates with appropriate individuals to develop connections to various available organization physicians, facilities, resources, support programs and services to foster a multi-disciplinary approach to care. 
  • Participates in coordinating care by developing models of patient flow through the organization; identifies gaps and works to address issues; promotes patient-centered quality care and supports service line focus and development. 
  • Utilizes tools to measure patient satisfaction; identifies opportunities and addresses barriers; brings issues to appropriate leadership. 
  • Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Job Qualification


  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
