GREAT opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling company, Kaseya. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of complex projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting Agile principles throughout the organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Leadership and Management: Provide visionary leadership and direction to Program teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices, process enhancements, and innovative solutions. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations. 
  • Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize their potential and career growth within the organization. 
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and success. 
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular status updates, performance metrics, and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. 

Program Management Process Optimization 

  • Continuously evaluate program management processes, tools, and techniques to enhance team performance and project outcomes. 
  • Implement best practices and standards to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. 

 

Stakeholder Management 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, Product Owners, and other cross-functional teams. 
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. 
  • Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues and ensure timely resolution. 

 

Qualifications and Experience 

Education and Experience 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in program management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role focused on large-scale program deliveries. 

 

Skills and Competencies 

  • Strong understanding of Program Management Principles, and Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban. 
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project). 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
