Establish or monitor specific supply-chain based performance measurement systems and prepare and manage departmental budgets, including financial and investment analysis to support supply chain decisions including inventory modeling, capacity, capex trade off analysis and budget impact assessment. Prepare for demand shifts, supply disruptions, and market volatility through robust, what-if scenarios and contingency strategies. Apply optimization techniques to reprioritize production and replenishment plans under constrained scenarios. Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve carrier capacity issues and customs delays through the application of network design principles to reduce supply chain costs and lead times by optimizing flow of products. Analyze import/export flows using supply chain system design principles to reduce lead times and duties.
