Position Overview:
The Program Director of Shelter Services has direct programmatic and supervisory responsibility for all aspects of the Shelter, including facility, programming, budgeting, contracts, and staffing. The Program Director is expected to develop and maintain a team approach in conducting intakes, assessments, treatment, programming, and discharge services for all shelter clients. The Program Director is to ensure the completion of reports, data collection, staff job/duty assignments and schedules.
Position Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work or related human services field. Social Work Supervisory experience and/or RHY Specialist supervisor experience at The Children’s Village, or a minimum of three years of similar experience at another residential treatment center or equivalent childcare setting.
