Are you a dynamic rehabilitation leader passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes? We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our inpatient rehab program, driving clinical excellence, operational success, and team development.
What You'll Do
Lead all clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the rehab department
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient care
Guide strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Mentor, develop, and support a high-performing rehabilitation team
Drive quality improvement initiatives through data and performance analysis
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management (Master's preferred)
- Current clinical licensure as required by state regulations in PT, OT, or Speech, required
- 3+ years of rehabilitation leadership or administrative experience, preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, strongly required

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management
- Current clinical licensure in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy, as required by state regulations
- Three or more years of rehabilitation leadership or administrative experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Master's degree
