Program Director, Output ServicesWhat does a successful Program Director, Output Services do at Fiserv?
As a successful, Program Director, you will direct large-scale projects, programs and business initiatives in Output Services, aligning execution plans, governance, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams. You will work with operations, technology, product, client-facing teams and executive stakeholders to manage scope, risk, financial performance and implementation success.
What you will do:
- Lead large, cross-functional projects, programs and business initiatives in Output Services from planning through execution, with clear milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain program governance, including status reporting, issue management, risk mitigation, change control and executive communications.
- Partner with operations, technology, product and business stakeholders to align initiative scope, priorities, deliverables and success measures.
- Manage program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, resource allocation and variance tracking.
- Direct and develop program managers, project managers and matrixed contributors to support delivery quality and operational consistency.
- Escalate complex delivery, operational, and business issues with clear options, impact analysis and recommended actions.
- Establish repeatable processes, controls and reporting practices that improve execution, transparency and business results.
What you will need to have:
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale projects, programs or business initiatives across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and delivery timelines.
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams in program management, project delivery or related functions.
- 8+ years of experience building program governance, managing risks and dependencies and delivering executive-level status reporting.
- 8+ years of experience working with budgets, forecasting, resource planning and operational performance metrics.
- Experience using program management methods, financial tracking tools and reporting platforms to measure progress, risks and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information technology, operations management, finance or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Experience in print and mail operations, output services, document processing or related operational environments.
- Experience working in financial technology, payments or other regulated industries.
- Project Management Professional, (PMP) certification or equivalent program management certification or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Experience leading initiatives with matrixed teams across operations, technology, product and client support functions.
Travel: This role requires regular travel, (10 - 25%).
