We are seeking an experienced, LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical social Worker) to join our growing Massachusetts team as a Program Director of Outpatient Services.

The Program Director of Outpatient Therapy, in partnership with the VP of MA and the senior leadership team, is responsible to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient therapy program in an assigned region.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Independent Clinical social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts is required for this role
- Master's degree in Social Work required
- Five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity
- Three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Ability to effectively lead and develop staff
- Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Must be able to commute to one of our 5 office locations

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000
