Responsibilities include staff leadership, team building, education, staffing schedules, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and maintaining strong communication. The role requires an active Licensed Practical Nurse credential, knowledge of state regulations, leadership experience, computer proficiency, and preferably Yardi experience.

Our Program Director will not only provide supervision of the care delivered by our Nayas but will also have time to develop meaningful relationships with our residents.
