Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. Education and/or Experience:

The most qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Master's degree is required.
- Licensed in Kentucky with one of the following Licenses:
- Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- A minimum of three years supervisory experience is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license or state issued id and provide appropriate license or certificate.
- If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
- This position requires early morning hours, beginning at 5:00 AM.

- Advancement opportunities. Clear, climbable structure into Counselor levels (1, 2, 3) based on the certification or license held.
- Targeted caseload. Caseloads follow state regulations and can range from 40-55 patients.
