Job Summary
The Program Development Manager is responsible for informing and executing strategic programs intended to drive differentiation with industry stakeholders, including health plans. Direct responsibility will include ownership of the design and build-out of each program, implementation and management of partnerships that align with broader program intent, and execution and follow-through to drive revenue generation within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions. Programs created will include those within the test-to-treat realm, and an intersection of traditional healthcare and consumer technologies, such as labs, biomarkers, and wearable devices. A passion for consumerism, technology and healthcare will be a critical success factor for this individual. Given the depth of this role, strategic thinking combined with project management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and an executional mindset are critical to success.
Responsibilities

  • Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings
  • Fosters key relationships with external partners who are critical to overall program design and execution; informs design of partnership approach and corresponding agreements
  • Applies strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, financial and business acumen to inform program design and execution
  • Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders including Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams within the Cardinal Health enterprise to gain internal alignment and gather information necessary to execute on programs
  • Works with leadership and peers to define the build out of program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards
  • Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments, liaise with partners, and assess new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or program management.
  • Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, specifically within the labs and diagnostics realm.
  • Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare industry preferred.

Anticipated salary range:  $123,400 - $158,670
