The Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) business area within the Global Sensors & Mission Systems (GSMS) Mission Area is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Development, Test & Growth Business Area.
The position supports Program Area Directors and Program Managers with program financial management, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) activities. Responsibilities include program financial analysis, planning and control, coordination with Finance, Contracts, and other cross-functional teams, management of multiple program requirements and deadlines, and preparation, summarization, and presentation of program financial and performance information to management and program stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Support establishment and maintenance of the program baseline in accordance with program instructions, internal EVM policies, and 10255.
- Develop and maintain detailed cost Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including the Contractor Funding Summary Report (CFSR), Cost Data Summary Report (1921), and Functional Cost Hour Report (1921-1).
- Coordinate quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
- Coordinate and implement Budget Change Requests (BCRs).
- Perform cost and schedule analysis.
- Coordinate with Program Management and cross-functional leads to support program execution.
- Prepare financial charts for Program Management Reviews and other required reporting activities.
- Provide program planning and control information to Program Management and leadership.
- Summarize and present program financial and performance data to stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Earned Value Certification or completion of certification within 2 months of start date.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint.

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with EVMS audits or surveillance activities.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) processes.
- Experience using SAP APEX EV, RPLAN, BW, PMX, EDIT+, or a similar financial or program controls system.
- Experience with Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial and program performance information.
- Experience managing multiple program requirements and reporting activities.
- Experience working with Program Management and cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
