As a Production Program Cost Control Analyst you will support the Javelin system which is a highly advanced, man‑portable, “fire‑and‑forget” anti‑tank guided missile (ATGM) system used widely by the U.S. military and numerous allied nations. Developed jointly by Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, it’s designed to give infantry units a powerful, accurate, and mobile capability against armored vehicles, bunkers, and other fortified targets.
On this team you will experience working on a tenured production program supporting multiple DOD & FMS customers from across the globe while concurrently being exposed to a Joint Venture.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity in Tucson, AZ and is based on the needs of the business. Relocation assistance is being offered.
What You Will Do
Cost/Schedule baseline integration and maintenance, variance analysis and reporting, Risk and Opportunity management, Estimate at Completion preparation & policy compliance, Forecasting, Long Range Planning; while partnering with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers to influence decisions and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of contracts.
Work closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations
Be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks with little direction, and the ability to interact with a variety of levels of the organization
Earned Value Management (EVM): Support the preparation of performance and staffing reports, variance analysis, and maintenance of EVMS processes while ensuring compliance with EV guidelines
This position will provide an opportunity to enhance skills in forecasting, estimates at completion, variance analyses, and other metrics and tools
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related finance experience
Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems
Experience in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and/or data analysis)
Experience analyzing data, preparing reports and/or presentations for senior leadership
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop reports to establish results and process improvements
Creative problem-solving skills; individual will need to be comfortable working through complex process and systems changes with demonstrated thorough mathematical and critical thinking skills

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
