The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordination, tracking and management of all TES exhibit related projects. Duties include project intake, resource planning, tracking and reporting of exhibit-related change requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work closely with exhibit coordinators, exhibit developers, UAT Team, and IT personnel for impact analysis of change requests and enhancements and as an investigative liaison
- Intake change request and coordinate with applicable teams to execute deliverables
- Develop and manage project plans for forecasting, tracking, resource planning, estimation and reporting of initiatives.
- High level business requirements documentation
- Maintenance of document repositories for SOPs, P&Ps, and FAQs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Project, Outlook, & Word along with documented practical experience in the use of these applications.
- Ability to be flexible in job tasks & assignments.
- Highly developed attention to detail & accuracy of work produced.
- Advanced organizational skills as it relates to working on multiple tasks simultaneously
