Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and prepare necessary materials (5%)
Assure at project completion that all necessary documentation is properly submitted in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) (20%)
Keep program plans up to date, support Program Manager to get a clear view of status. (20%)
Develop method to coordinate and manage data and reports. (20%)
Oversees sampling timelines to meet customers’ deadlines (20%)
Support Automotive documentation requirements (15%)
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Good English Language reading, writing and speaking
Experience with word processing, spreadsheet applications and time management software including Gantt charts
Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
Analytical & problem-solving skills
Minimum Bachelor degree with preference for Program Management
Desired Qualifications
Marketing and/or Sales background
Experience working in program management for semiconductor industry
Strong written and verbal communication skill
