Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Program Coordinator to be based in Arlington, VA.

 

Tasks include:

  • Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes and maintain records.

  • Coordinate calendar management for team meetings, client sessions, etc.

  • Support induction and onboarding of new team members.

  • Facilitate program team communications for timely information flow.

  • Plan and coordinate team meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups.

  • Serve as administrative interface with clients regarding meetings, deliverables, and documentation.

  • Provides document management and project controls support

  • Under limited supervision, applies sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work.

  • Resolves questions and problems.

  • May independently perform most assignments with minimal direction.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • Due to the nature of this work US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and dynamic work conditions; able to pivot quickly to meet organizational needs.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and scheduling.

  • Committed to providing exceptional service and support to internal teams and external clients.

Additional Information

Travel will be required to additional offices.
