Coordinate day-to-day project activities across all phases: feasibility, preliminary design, and detailed engineering design.
Serve as the primary liaison between DPWH, consultants, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring adherence to approved schedules.
Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, design documents, and feasibility assessments.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations, documenting key decisions and action items.
Support procurement and contract management processes related to consultancy and design services.
Track project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Project Manager as needed.
Ensure compliance with DPWH standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
Maintain organized records of project documentation and correspondence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination, preferably in bridge or transport projects.
Familiarity with DPWH processes and standards is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
