WAGE RANGE: $58,000 - $63,000/annually
JOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking a self-motivated, compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to serve as a Program Coordinator at its Wilder Day Treatment Center.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining program processes developed in conjunction with program leaders. This role coordinates and delivers employee training and skill development initiatives to support these processes. This role provides guidance, coaching, and feedback to support professional growth and consistent application of organizational standards and practices.
Working in collaboration with employees and leadership, the Program Coordinator supports implementation and continuous improvement of training efforts. This position requires adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to help employees navigate new processes and expectations while promoting engagement and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develops and maintains program processes in conjunction with Program Leadership
- Develops and implements training and support strategies that align with organizational values, operational standards, and performance expectations.
- Assists in the coordination and facilitation of onsite new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure employees are prepared to perform their roles effectively.
- Coordinates with supervisors and leadership to deliver employee training and skill‑building.
- With collaboration with leadership and staff, assesses program needs, changes in policies, procedures, and evaluate and recommend improvements to training content, workflows, and work processes etc.
- Promotes continuous improvement by building effective working relationships within the program and across the organization with similar programs.
- May facilitate required recertification or refresher training to maintain compliance and competency standards.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to support employee performance and professional growth.
- Assist employees in resolving questions related to job duties, processes, and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- Degree in the Human Services field preferred
- 3-5 years relevant experience required.
- Experience in a milieu therapy setting preferred for work at Day Treatment.
- Experience championing a change process/effort
- Experience with coaching, engaging, and supervising direct service provider staff preferred.
- Has the ability to work with diverse and/or low-income populations, including those who may be experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and/or mental illness.
