Job Summary & Responsibilities
  1. Project Support and Documentation:
    • Works closely with the project team to support the development of artifacts and project material used in the project management process.
    • Supports the collection of project performance data and develops reports and presentations for executive and project staff.
    • Oversees the organization of project documents, using available technical tools (e.g., SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Includes project schedules, matrices, requirements, document maintenance, analytical charts and graphs, research summaries, etc.
    • Designs project plans including activities, resource requirements, deliverables and expected outcomes for each project phase under the direction of the project team.
    • Engages internal and external stakeholders during project planning and implementation as required.
    • Coordinates, compiles and reports on the project status for all projects.
    • Schedule meetings, captures notes and action items.
    • Documents project issues as they arise, work with project team members to assign accountability for issues and monitor efforts toward resolution.
    • Regularly assess the status of outstanding issues, expected resolution dates, and impact to overall schedule and budget.
    • Communicate resolution delays to the project team. Work with the project team to provide alternative solutions and recommendations for resolution, including impact to project schedule.
  2. Business As Usual (BAU) and Operational Support:
    • Supports day-to-day execution and maintenance of assigned products, benefits, and health programs across the commercial portfolio.
    • Coordinates cross-functional activities required to implement product and benefit changes, ensuring alignment with timelines and operational readiness.
    • Maintains product documentation, inventories, and reporting to support accurate and up-to-date product information.
    • Serves as a central point of coordination for product/program-related requests, tracking intake, assignments, and deliverables.
    • Supports lifecycle activities including product launches, enhancements, renewals, and retirements.
    • Support go-to-market strategy, marketing and communications.
    • Assists with operational readiness, validation activities, and identification of risks or issues impacting implementation.
    • Ensures documentation, approvals, and materials are complete, organized, and aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
    • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support ongoing operations and issue resolution.
    • Maintains SharePoint sites, submits Workfront requests, IT Demands, reporting, updates dashboards.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in operational workflows.
  3. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in supporting project managers, in the delivery of project administration, or program coordination work; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Effective communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills to present complex information and build positive interpersonal relationships with internal/external customers.
  3. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  5. Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  6. Critical thinking skills
  7. Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, includes Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
