- Project Support and Documentation:
- Works closely with the project team to support the development of artifacts and project material used in the project management process.
- Supports the collection of project performance data and develops reports and presentations for executive and project staff.
- Oversees the organization of project documents, using available technical tools (e.g., SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Includes project schedules, matrices, requirements, document maintenance, analytical charts and graphs, research summaries, etc.
- Designs project plans including activities, resource requirements, deliverables and expected outcomes for each project phase under the direction of the project team.
