Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors and reviews Job Order Number reports for accuracy
- Report status as required
- Monitors and reviews timekeeping for accuracy
- Report status as required
- Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, updates budget forecasting and other presentation materials for senior contract and government officials
- Communicates and collaborates with senior managers for department data collection processes that provides to overall contract performance tracking.
- Organizes and maintains paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, etc.
- Performs routine to advanced administrative tasks in support of the daily operations
- Assists with purchase orders and procurement documentation
- Assists with travel coordinator duties
- May be required to perform other duties as directed to meet company needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- May be required to assist/support other departments as needed
- May be required to work overtime or varying hours
- Accounting knowledge strongly desired
