WellSky is seeking a Program Coordinator for our Education team! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small, yet powerful team. As the Program Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for our Home Health, Hospice, and Personal Care clients. Your responsibilities will include managing our E-commerce platforms including our online bookstore, inventory oversight, order processing, content review, marketing campaigns and addressing product-related inquiries.

A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Providing coordination and support for various programs and initiatives, including assisting with development and administration of programs
- Supporting program requirements at multiple stages through successful completion, meeting all deadlines, executing project-related tasks, and accomplishing defined deliverables
- Maintaining accurate documentation, collateral, and reporting to support program operations and goals
- Troubleshooting and researching best practices to provide process improvement, issue resolution and technical assistance for various platforms used daily.
- Handling and answering client requests via Salesforce
- Management of products including posting, client delivery, inventory checks, reordering and processing orders for our E-commerce website
- Providing product quality assurance checks including reviewing content for formatting, grammatical and technical errors.
- Creating and management of marketing emails and campaigns for project and content launches.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Customer Service Experience
