Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project cost forecasts, budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project baselines, schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems.
- Track project performance against approved baselines, including cost, schedule, progress, risks, and key variances.
- Prepare periodic project status reports and dashboards for management review.
- Analyze cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting.

You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Finance, Construction Management, or related disciplines may also be considered.
- 5–6 years of experience in project controls, cost control, planning, scheduling, or project performance management.
- Strong knowledge of cost forecasting, schedule forecasting, variance analysis, and project reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting principles related to project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
