As a Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will manage scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Sr Program Controls Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As a Program Controls Sp II here at Honeywell, you will manage and direct the control and oversight of various aspects of a project, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.
In this role, you will impact the successful management and oversight of program controls functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities- Lead the program controls function for projects and programs
- Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
- Monitor and control project costs and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively engage stakeholders and achieve shared goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience with project planning and scheduling tools
- Advanced English
