Role Description:
The Program Controls Governance Manager is responsible for the governance of PMO baselines and reporting across the project. The role ensures that project information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved governance processes to support effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and govern project baselines, including scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
- Manage baseline change control processes and ensure changes are appropriately reviewed and approved.
- Coordinate and maintain PMO reporting, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of project reporting.
- Monitor project performance against approved baselines and highlight key variances and risks.
- Support governance forums, reviews, and reporting requirements.
- Promote compliance with PMO standards, processes, and controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and governance practices.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in PMO, program controls, project controls, or project governance.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and organisational skills.
